The Center for Freedom and Justice was conceived by the men and women of Beit Ummar as a means to address the lack of community development and organization programs in rural Palestinian communities. Through a combination of educational and development programs, the Center seeks to build the collective and strategic power of these communities, and to improve the lives of rural West Bank residents.
MAKE A DONATIONThe Center for Freedom and Justice focuses on the marginalized groups in Palestine and works on empowering them, These groups include youth, women and also it gives attention to agriculture.
We believe youth have a vital role to play in leading social change and transforming conflict in their communities.
CFJ gives big attention to women empowerment. We believe that women and girls should have control over their lives and be able to participate actively in social, political and economic domains. CFJ understands that there is a great need for meaningful, long-term employment for women, in their area of expertise as well as the development of new skills and employment opportunities to help support their families
Beit Ummar is an agricultural town and a farming community. It enjoys a vast area of mostly fertile agricultural land and many residents of the town are dependent on agricultural activities. For that we focus on projects that are related to environment and agriculture.
